We accept Paypal.

All payments are processed via Paypal but you do NOT need to be a member to pay with a credit card.

To pay with a credit card from Paypal interface:

– Continue with “Checkout with Paypal” option. on your shopping cart.

– This will direct you to Paypal payment page. Do not login or sign up Paypal.

– There, you will also see “Pay with a debit or credit card” option. Select that option and then you can enter your credit card information and pay for your order without signing in to Paypal.

We ship WORLDWIDE.

All packages have a TRACKING NUMBER which will be provided to you.

Shipping might take up to 4 weeks for US and Canada, 3 months for Europe. Note that it may take longer in peak seasons, such as Christmas.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION:

If you do not opt-in for Route Package Protection, we cannot guarantee that your issue will be resolved in your favor. However, we will attempt to resolve issues in the best way possible. This is especially the case for International orders. If you do not opt-in, you are risking responsibility for the package as it arrives, as we are shipping product in the best way possible.  Please reference the Route Package Protection for any questions.

We accept unworn/unpersonalized returns within 7 days of when your package was delivered, with the following exceptions:

– Returns are NOT accepted on personalized pieces, unless we made an error.

Shipping costs are NON-refundable. We do NOT refund shipping costs.

If you want to send back any item (within 7 days of delivery) make sure that:

– You inform me by writing an email to [email protected] , so that I know that the item is on the way and you are expecting a refund.

– Do NOT just send it back without any notice.

– PLEASE pack the item very well. We cannot refund items damaged because of poor packaging.

Do not forget that shipping costs are NON-refundable. We do NOT refund shipping costs.

Prior to returning an item, you must email us at [email protected] for authorization. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size/design, you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition. You are responsible for all shipping costs, which will include re-shipping the new item(s) to you. This will be outlined in your Return Authorization email from us as we still give you payment and shipping options.

If you received the wrong item or the item was defective you will incur no additional shipping charges.

If you received an item that was damaged within postal transport,  you must file a claim with USPS.  This includes damage to the packaging.  With vinyl damages, we require a video with sound to determine if damages were incurred in shipping or vinyl pressing.

For US Customers – We will REIMBURSE shipping costs. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

For International Customers – You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

In the event that a refund is required, we will refund the original form of payment for the price of the product less the shipping cost. Refunds are generally posted within 3-5 business days.

• • • • • CUSTOMS / DUTY CHARGES • • • • • •

In some cases a duty tax may be applied to international orders at the customs office of your country. Most packages go through without any charges, it is somewhat random, but please be advised that these are NOT extra shipping charges but tax. We have NO control over how your country charges duty. Customs policies are different for every country. You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

For US Customers – We will email you with a USPS pre-paid postage label for you to print out, attach to the box, and drop off at your nearest post office or have your own mail carrier pick up. Once we receive your return, we will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.

For International Customers – You will have to mail us the package back via standard international mail only, along with a receipt of what you paid for shipping and we will refund your money upon receiving your return. We will re-ship your new item and you will be emailed your new tracking number.
